The doctor was fantastic, sales staff were not. Their only concern was making the sale. I made it clear I needed the glasses to renew my license in a week and it was only after billing my insurance and taking my payment that he informed me it will be 7-10 days, called a couple days later to check on the status and couldn’t get a straight answer out of the sales associate. I could have easily gone elsewhere and not had the added stress.
