Don't do it! Don't make the mistake of thinking Pearle is a national chain, or that they take care of customers. After futile attempts at trying to get 3 different locations to repair/replace my son's 2-month old broken frames he bought while at college, I ended up going to a Walmart vision center where they did the repair for very little cost even though the glasses were not purchased from them. Pearle was incapable of fixing the glasses plus they were going to charge us $75 (50% of the cost) to replace the frames....for 2-... read more
Too expensive, took too long to get glasses Eager to take our money. Over priced! Single vision lenses were $278 and that doesn't include the frames! Then it took 14 days to get the glasses back. We only went there because we bought a Groupon but I think they jacked the price to make up the difference. Would never go there again. Too many other eye care providers to waste time and money with them.
Close your doors Town Center Pearle.... I have never been treated so poorly. I called to order contacts and I felt like my call was a bother to the person. Then I was told I would have to pay over the phone. Well, my last Pearle Vision never expected payment up front unless I was already at the clinic. I was told that was how we do it here. No care that I am a paying customer or my needs. She did not even care loosing my service for good. good job excellent service and good products. I will always recommend them to my friends. they take care of variety of insurances. so it is very convient to lots of people.
Should close the doors for good- Never a doctor there for an exam- I tried 3 different times. This year- still no doctor.Then my families charts were gone- with the doctor! Way over priced, change of staff non stop it seems and unfriendly, unknowledgeable! I would never recommend this place to anyone!
