Horrible! Ordered glasses, they took 3 weeks to arrive. A rude kid called me and told me they were ready. I went to the store on a Thursday at 1:49pm. Thursdays are one of the days they are open, and for pickup without an appointment. No one there. Store is closed. At random. They are completely incompetent and I will never again use their service again. They failed to package up my left prescription contacts. Why open the bag, when they gave me plenty of trials to last me a while including glasses? I've tried calling and leaving message after message. Finally, I managed to talk to a real person. She said that she had to check the system and call me back. Never did. I tried my luck again and got ahold of Marcus. Their cheap glasses were $200 for me (no brand) but I went to svs vision and they want $98 for Calvin Klein glasses. For my mom Pearle Vision wants $600 for Kate spade glasses were she can get the same exact pair at svs for $300 Trying to cancel my order.
5 star eye vision care! Dr. Koon is an EXCELLENT physician. Even though she is out of my network provider I will continue to rely on her for my eye care health. I can not say enough good things about my visit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! :)
