I've been waiting and waiting for my new glasses. I didn't want to seem like I was rushing them, so I waited until today to call them. they claimed that they called on the second, but my records prove otherwise. it's been almost two weeks since they claimed to call. I bought a very expensive set of frames and lenses that one year ago. The anti-scratch Service has become so damaged I can no longer use the glasses. This happened within 5 months of the purchase. The frames I purchased are very high-end nearly $500 the paint and the finish is coming off of them. The location in Longmont Colorado is nearly impossible to work through. I had trouble with my prescription from another doctor and after three incorrect pairs of lenses I decided to see the optometrist at Pearle Vision. I now have glasses that are the correct prescription and I'm loving them. Lori and her staff are the best!
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Craig was great! Can't wait for my new glasses to arrive!
