Scheduled an appointment for my son about a month or two out and when we got there, they didn’t have him anywhere in the system and I was told the doctor was out on vacation. I drove 30 minutes to town for his apppointment, meaning I wasted an hour of my day because they neglected to put him in the system and couldn’t call me to reschedule the appointment so the doctor could go on his precious vacation. We will not be returning for any of us as this was not the first time we had this happen here.
Excellent employees and customer service. Would recommend for everyone to go here.
