Terrible customer service. Was not notified when item arrived and still waiting on second pair a month later. I have had to call for every update and always get some excuse. Absolutely unacceptable and Pearle Vision will no longer get any of my service.
Two members of our family were seen in this office several months apart. Both visits we were left waiting for more than 35 min. Office staff is rude and completely inefficient. We have had two identical ridiculous experiences with GARBAGE customer service, we won’t be trying for a third visit. Go anywhere else!
I had a very good experience with Pearle Vision my Insurance picked up almost all of the payment for my glasses I have no complaints
