Haylee did an amazing job getting me taken care of quickly and efficiently.
Had a good experience buying new glasses from here. When I came to pick them up I asked if they could bend my current ones back as they were loose on my head. They tried and broke my current glasses and said we can sell you new frames. After spending $500+ on new glasses I expected better service and will no longer be a customer here.
Ellie at Pearle provided excellent service. She first did an excellent eyeglass adjustment and deep cleaning. Then she went the extra mile by helping pop in some lenses in my Oakley sunglasses that I had been struggling with. She was kind, professional, and even remembered our names.
Thank you Joe for getting the lense back in my frame after it had come out and the string holding it broke. Awesome job.
Carly Dimmick did an amazing job on my new glasses that i recently bought . Highly recommended , and all of the employees have been excellent to work with . I have been coming here since 2011, and that is why I continue to do business here . Way to go & thanks again !
