My experience at East Windsor Pearle was very poor. Even though the actually eye exam with the Dr. was uneventful, my experience with the two front staff in charge of billing, ordering contacts and glasses was terrible. They were incompetent, unprofessional and outright rude, even though I tried hard to be amiable and patient. One staff took a long time to process my bill (she was running around asking questions to other staff and clearly did not know what she was doing). Don't know who you met in this place but they were not friendly to me at all. The doctor might me nice but the staff refused to answer my simple questions and treated me as if I needed them. I assume the wrong color. I complained to the corporate office and when I went to pick up my glasses the same lady that was present on the day of my horrible visit was asking me what happened I assume how he treated me was acceptable.
