I am updating my review shown prior to this. I took my prescription back to the ophthalmologist and found out it was their mistake not Pearle Vision’s so please disregard my last review
DO NOT GO HERE. I went to pick up my bi focal glasses today and they were so blurry I couldn’t see out of them. They said the prescription must have been wrong but how can both lenses in the bifocals for reading and long distance be wrong! They refused to give me my money back
If you use a wheelchair and cannot get out of your chair, don't go here! They are violating the ADA. I just might file a complaint with the US Dept of Justice.
Use to get my contacts from this location all the time. Even before I had vision insurance, and paid everything out pocket. Took my glasses that I bought from Warby Parker to be adjusted. She refused, even though I understood they could break. Still refused to do it, because my glasses are too breakable according to her. So instead I went to Eyequity near Journey's. And they fixed/adjusted them free of charge. Now I know where I'm getting my next pair of glasses! And it ain't Pearl Vision.

She was very thorough in her exams and made a point of listening to my needs to make sure the prescription worked and the style of contacts made me happy.
