Walked into Perl Vision with my daughter. White receptionist asked with an attitude if we had Medicaid. We have been customers of this franchise for many years. The assumption of having Medicaid just because we were Hispanic is rude.

Everything was great until I got my glasses back. Make sure you have the salesperson read you back your order before you leave to ensure you're getting what you're expecting. We thought we ordered transitions and didn't get them. Now it's another week and another $100 if we want what we thought we ordered. Very disappointed.
Peter helped me when I was in with my Mother. She got great glasses and he was excellent to work with...
Lilibets and I went to several optometrists at the Poughkeepsie Galleria looking for specific eye glasses, they had to be Varilux with Crizal and Transitions lenses so I wouldn't have to switch glasses all the time. Only Pearl Vision and one other store was able to help us and Pearl was about $100.00 less. Also the optometrist that we saw, Terrance was very easy to work with saving us over $100.00 and making the entire experience a pleasure. I will certainly do business with them again.
Worse service I have ever experienced in my life.
