Mismanaged! Sorry but my time is valuable and post waiting 45 minutes to purchase simply frames I left. It was Saturday. Everyone knows it's busy so Why would there be ONE person there to help? They say they care for your eyes but they do Not care for the people who own those eyes! Hire more people to help especially on weekends WTF!
RecommendedThe whole staff were very nice and professional, made me feel comfortable. The doctor also did my diabetic eye check in the same visit as my vision check, which made it so much easier on me. I’m planning on going back next year, when I’m due for my next checkup.
Rude people, unknowledgeable front staff, highest prices i have ever spent on an exam. Told us one story and our insurance company a completely different story! Never going there again!
I arrived at my appointment time tonight to find out that they had no appointment for me. With that said I have an email confirmation of the appointment which they tell me isn’t proof of my appointment and there is nothing that they can do. Time is money and mine was wasted with very little concern for me the customer.
Just spoke to the rudest, unhelpful person I have ever dealt with at Pearle. She didn't even apologize that her associate scheduled things incorrectly just said we can't schedule all of your family IN CASE something happens??? Completely unprofessional.
Worst experience in 30 years. Difficult exam....Different people ever time you go. Clerk gave no help picking frames too busy watching computer...handed glasses with no one checking for fit and told to come back if problem. Within 10 months had to have screws replaced 4 times. NO warranty unless u pay extra 35 bucks. If glasses break 10 minutes after leaving store..tough break !!!!!!
Ashley was both friendly and helpful and made buying my new Ray-Bans a pleasure. A 5 star service was provided and they fit perfectly.
