I absolutely LOVE everyone here. They are all professional and always have a smile for you. Dr Pacheco is wonderful! My whole family has been coming here for a few years now and we will continue to come back.
Had a great experience at Desert Mountain Eye Care. Dr. Pacheco was thorough and took the time to actually explain what she was seeing rather than rushing me through. The office is easy to find in Plaza de la Sierra and the staff were friendly and efficient from check-in on. Glad I found a good optometrist close to home.
So, been going here for years. Dr. Pacheco is great. They've gone to a "different business model" where instead of $44 for an exam/prescription, it will be $250. If you want to spend $44 for the exam, you MUST buy the glasses from them. And those are super expensive here.
Headache after headache. It’s impossible to seek any service here without dealing with extortive pricing and hidden fee after hidden fee. I am constantly receiving calls and texts from this establishment and have yet to receive what I’m looking for without having to jump through hoops. After white knuckling through two appointments my son was told my insurance would not be accepted in the case that I didn’t want to spend an extra $1K+ on glasses. Ridiculous.
