I should have read the reviews before coming here would have saved a lot of grief. 1. They were late with both mine and my daughter's appointments. 2. I decided to go with contacts so they put me in a trial pair that wasn't working and I kept calling to fix it but got nothing took almost a week. They put me in a pair that worked and I was promised a phone call the following Monday.. By Wednesday still no phone call so I had to call them.. I can see with all the numerous posts that were posted regarding Pearl vision that they should have minus stars rather than even one stars. I today, August 12 went through exactly what dozens of other people have said. Mine was a little different experience than most I’m an 81-year-old retired male that has Humana insurance that gives me one free eye exam a year and $150 credit towards any Glass purchase +20% of the difference.
