My experience with Dr. Pacheco has always been positive. I value and have followed her advice over the years. It has not failed me. She takes her time, and explains every test so that I understand.
RUN, DON’T WALK, away from this place unless you don’t care about money. This place is so expensive! Long story short. I ended up with an eye exam, average frames, and bifocal lens for over $1200. This is with insurance. Details. Went in for progressives and was up sold to the top lens’s with all the add ons. Had to return because I couldn’t see through lower portion of lens. The quality of the glasses are good and that’s the reason for my vote. The pricing is really pricey but the staff makes up for it with their customer service. Any of their low rating reviews are because of price, I originally gave a rating low because of the pricing, but when you think about it, quality glasses are hard to come by. If you have the money to spend then it’s def worth it, if you’re on a budget then this probably isn’t the best place to go. The staff is really cool though.
