The optometrist was fine but the pricing and staff here are ridiculous. We were not able to get our exam covered by insurance because it was a weekend and we didn’t purchase glasses, mainly because we weren’t allowed to use our insurance to purchase frames by itself. They try to trap you into buying glasses and then they said the person setting the appointment told us this “special” rules on the weekend which they didn’t.
I recently tried to schedule an appointment with this office, I was then called and told the Dr won't be in office that day, no problem. So when I got the call to reschedule I was told that since I only wanted the eye exam and didnt plan on purchasing my glasses through them my appointment would have to me scheduled about 4 month out due to them only wanting customers willing to max out there benefits before the end of the year. Attempted to make a delivery here and a woman came out and yelled that I could not park there while I was trying to verify the address and that she would have my car towed. After refusing the delivery and returning to the business to get the name of the woman and file a formal complaint, the staff was just completely incompetent and tried to justify her running out the door to scream at me before I had even had a chance to do anything.
