They require you to buy glasses from them the day of your appointment or they bill your appointment different and charge you 3x as much. My insurance covers the entire appointment, but I have special requests for frames. So either they charge me $44, or $149 for my "fully covered" appointment. Feels very predatory. Will never be going back, you should not go either.
The staff was friendly, and the doctor was great, knowledgeable, and thorough. Unfortunately, I left very frustrated and ended up paying a bill that I had jumped through several administrative hoops trying to avoid. During my confirmation call on Monday, I specifically verified that they had access to my insurance. Do not recommend.
I've been here in the past. Both times I have been has been a great experience. No other place has gotten my prescription right. They took their time and was very patient. While their prices tend to be higher, the quality is also higher. Last pair lasted me 4 years with barly any scratches or issues.
