Have come here twice in the last month to get glasses adjusted. First time was a Thursday and there was a paper sign taped to the door saying they were closed that day. Tried again on a Saturday, same. If you must come here, better call first in case they’re randomly closed.
Excellent experience with Pat at Pearle vision, Shrewsbury, MA. Pat spent lot of his time for accuracy of my prescription. The whole experience was professional, thorough, friendly and informative, and very reasonable price. I bought one-year warranty for little money compared to the normal cost of my glasses. Checked the website for today's hours, says "open until 5" get there and there's a note on the door. CLOSED Friday? Waste my time! I won't waste my money there anymore!
They charged me for the exam and never filed a claim with my insurance. They took 30 mins to see me after my scheduled appt time
