Scheduled an appointment on May 22nd, still waiting for sample contacts to come in. Leave messages and no return calls, they lost my daughters chart and it's been nothing but headaches. Steer very far away from this location!
Left after waiting half an hour with little acknowledgement. Receptionist said I just had to wait. I asked if they had more staff on at certain days and times and she looked at me like I was crazy. I was ready to place an order on some of their more expensive frames but I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Just walked in this morning and was greeted by the most unfriendly, condescending lady. Her name is Robin. Needless to say that I just told her how rude she is and I left. Could have been a huge sale. I need new glasses and prescription sunglasses too.
