Even though I moved away to Queens I keep coming back to this place. It's not just that this is a well-stocked and efficiently run business with an attractive space. It's the people. Every time I come here the service is fantastic. The people who work here are so nice and you always get a personal touch, whether it's a little extra TLC when you're having trouble picking out a pair of frames, getting paperwork filled out for the DMV, or having Gary (who has been here for 35 years!) doing the adjustments on your frames and tea... read more
Great experience at Pearle Vision/Jericho with Heather; excellent selection of frames. Progressive lenses came out perfect. Dr. Hans always excellent in his optometric eye exam. And Gary for the final adjustments is always accommodating and helpful.
Doctor was excellent and exam was thorough. The woman I worked with filling in forms and selecting glasses (Ellen) was the ultimate professional. I recommend this branch highly.
Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and friendly, including Ellen. My parents and I have been customers for over 15 years and love the selection of glasses they provide!
