This is worse place to be. Lady name Ashley was very rude. I went there for my kids glasses but that was so rude Not giving proper answer. Both Ashley and Sadia were very rude. I think management should talk to both of these ladies ( Sadia & Ashley) because they are really damaging the business... will never go back and won't recommend anyone to go pearl vision in Columbia Mall. I regret giving my business of $800 plus. So disappointed.
The customer service is outstanding. A special "shout out" to Chong and Michelle who went the extra mile to make sure that we were more than satisfied.
