Stay away from this office! Very rude staff and a temperamental doctor. I had to come back because my prescription was off on one of my eyes. During the re-exam the doctor got frustrated when I complained that the image through the phoropter was blurry while she insisted it was the right prescription. She then forcibly grabbed my hand and said, "Here, you do it!", and made me adjust the instrument myself! I was shocked! I The entire staff is rude and very arrogant at this office. Btw, the prescription is still off!
I took my glasses in this location yesterday for an ajustment and the lady working there took them in the back and when she brought them out, one lense was stratched so bad I could not see out of it, she would not do anything about it and acted like it was there before I went in and told me I would have to take them back where I bought them ($500.00 I spent on them btw) I was very unhappy about this service! Dr. Hanniman and her staff did a great job!!!
This is the worst experience I've ever encountered at a vision center. The receptionist was rude to me and also to other customer on the phone. The doctor is not only rude but also condescending. This location totally missed the definition of customer service. I would not recommend anyone to visit this location. There are plenty of vision centers in town.
