Absolutely the worst place to have an eye examination and get glasses. After getting glasses there last year under the previous optician, I went for an exam under the new guy. Was charged for dilation but not dilated. When I asked why they said the took a picture instead. Just the day before my wife paid for and got dilated. I was just getting lenses for my current glasses. When I went to pick them up and they were popping in the lenses they broke my frame and now want me to pay $55.59 to use the warranty and get a new frame... read more

I went in for an eye appt and everyone there were extremely helpful! I absolute love this place it was a little far but I would drive back just for the customer care. Thank u ladies u rock!!!
This is where I go to when in need eye glasses because they offer affordable eye glasses and lens. That's what you call value for money.
GO TO LENSCRAFTERS IN SOUTHLAKE!! The staff working here that are suppose to "help people" select eyeglasses were the most unprofessional and rude individuals I have ever encountered! Took my prescription to LensCrafters in SOUTHLAKE and got FIRST class service!
Never again. Go to Costco where they offer a 12 month warranty on frames. Pearle Vision offers 30 days so when my frames broke at day 45 with a clear defect I was completely out of luck. Call the corporate office or customer service you say...well, there isn't ANY. They are independently owned so you are at the mercy of a useless "office manage." They did offer me a chance to buy the same frames at 50% off which was another $107. Gee, thanks.
