RecommendedMy review is for the glasses side only. We did not use the doctor. This store was amazing! Both the gentleman & lady who helped me today were kind and helpful. The glasses will be done today & I was shocked by the quick service! We normally go to Walmart for glasses. I will NOT go back to Walmart for glasses. For two reasons. (1) it takes two weeks to get the glasses & (2) we were going to be forced to wear masks just in the vision center. I was thankful that Pearle Vision did not require this of us.
My review is strictly for the glasses store. I don’t see the doctor at this location because they don’t take my insurance. But I have been using the store to buy my glasses for the past five years. They are awesome! They always help me choose a great pair frames and the right kinds of lenses to go along with my budget. If ever there is any issue scratch dent dirty broken, they always fix it at no charge, no matter how long ago I purchased them!
I had a great experience. I was able to make an appointment same day, and everyone was helpful and understanding that I had to bring my 3 kids under 5 with me. When my glasses were ready to pick up the woman even offered to run then it to that car for me so I didn't have to get them all out. That was more helpful than I think she even realized. ♡
Love this place. I take my kids there every time. They really treat us like family.
This place is wonderful! You are greated with a cordial and very professional manner. The visit went very smooth, I was very pleased. I will recommend this place to everyone, that is looking for a really good service! After all, our vision is extremely important!
