Visited Pearle Vision optical to buy new frames and lens as I have done for many years. As I arrived in front of their office, the sole technician left for lunch at the same time. The receptionist told me that I would have to wait for an hour until she returned. I asked if ANY services were available while she was out to lunch and was told there wasn't. Loved the doctor! Great experience all around!
I give 5 stars to the girls in the front both were patient and did their job well. The woman with braces that sold us my sons glasses was very nice. We went in on August 2nd at 1pm and the doctor we had was an impatient old man. He had zero patience for my 5 year old who was just excited to get his first eye exam. I was expecting dr. Lopez that is on the website when I decided to go with this practice but we got old man River. The store was great we just so happened to catch the eye doctor at the end of his week and day and he was extremely rude to my child who was excited to get glasses for the first time. We spent $1000. Of course the doctor has no commission on that so he dgaf. Old man doctor needs to quit if he hates his job that much.
