The front staff was nice and helpful at times, which I was grateful for, but they were on their cellphone a lot, which is very unprofessional and disturbing to me. I find it also disrespectful. The doctor and other staff that I dealt with were not that friendly, warm and personal. They were somewhat cold and short in their conversations with me, and they were not very kind and caring. I felt uncomfortable there and was not happy being there. I didn’t feel like they cared about me as a person. Their prices are expensive there... read more
