They didn’t deliver what I ordered and they lied about it. I went and purchased the same frames with the correct lenses and saved $250 from their new price. Don’t waste your time with these folks. Dishonest franchise�
I like Dr. Pedrotti. He is always professional and courteous, and I continue to drive to Centerville for eye exams even though I could go to another doctor and have it covered by my insurance. However the technicians or whatever they are called at this location have caused Pearle Vision to lose my business. I've been coming to this location for over 10 years, and I don't know where all the great employees went. Last night I was there for my exam. Lets just say we will not use this location anymore.
Just stopped in today and was greeted by Gena...she set me up with an exam and I was able to pick out two pair of glasses and be done within an hour. Gena is very friendly and professional. She did a great job handling multiple priorities at once. Thank you Gena !
