I have been a patient at this office for over 10 years now- Dr. Altenderfer is a wonderful OD! We always have great conversation and he has taken great care of my siblings and I over the years. As kids it was always our routine to come in for eye exams before the school year started, and we’re still following that routine in our adult years because it is always a great experience with Dr. Altenderfer and his staff.
I was barely helped in the beginning trying to find good glasses for my son. To be told they were going to be ready in 2wks, i called 2 wks later on Thursday was told they were waiting on the lenses, Friday was told the lenses were there but need it to be framed, Saturday was told that it was in back order. Waited another week and stopped by the store ( no one call me at all) they have the glasses but the prescription was completely off and no one check until i saw the incredible thickness of the lense when i ask to double c... read more
