Terrible location. They have 4.2 stars for a reason. I purchased glasses in April of 2025. I paid extra to have Crizal scratch resistant coating applied to the lenses. It wasn't documented on the paperwork specifically but I was assured it was part of the package. I was told that I could have the lenses replaced one time in the first year if I had a problem. Dr. Altenderfer is always very friendly and efficient with eye exams - & the staff is very professional, too! Every visit is a pleasant, easy experience - would highly recommend for yearly eye exams, glasses or contacts

I guess Pearle vision in the Palmer mall closes whenever they feel like it. I just left there again at 6:30 and they were closed supposed to be open till seven. I just want to pick something up. This is not the first time.
