Jess was a great help. They originally told me 2 weeks and on week 3, Jess was the only one to take initiative to get me an answer. I appreciate her and she should be recognized as a great employee and asset to the company.
Good eye doctor, but would not recommend getting your prescriptions through them. I received my glasses after two weeks, with both lenses flipped upside down. How that occurs, I don't even know? They kept them once again and I was told it would be a few days to fix. I finally went to the store two weeks later, after calling multiple times to see what the problem was and receiving no answers.
