There was a mishap with my order and a new employee gave me wrong info snd I was mad, but Courtney stepped in and gave the correct info and I couldn’t be happier. Alls well that ends well.

I had a great experience. I found the lady ( can't remember her name but she had a dark ponytail ) to be knowledgeable and relatable at the same time. She was funny too. I was handed off to Eric after my eye exam. He made some suggestions and worked to get the shape of glasses I liked. He was honest when I tried on a pair that wasn't the most flattering. The process was professional and easy at the same time. Can't wait to get my glasses!
The people there are amazing! I know they are employees but they treat you as a friend. The gentleman that helped abi and I remembered us from your last year and helped Abigail with picking her new glasses. She can't wait to get them now.
Very good customer service. I will never go anywhere else but here for my eye exams.
Waited forever to get called back for the eye test with the dr, talking like 2 hours. All the frames were over priced.
