My experience with the doctor with was fine. However, my experience with the employee who priced out a pair of glasses was not good. My glasses were quoted at just over $1,000 and after insurance was applied I was told the price would be $900. My EyeMed policy is much better than a mere $100 coverage but I was told that was an accurate price and that "things have gone up." I'm a little confused about my exam. I thought my exam included everything needed for prescription glasses if I decided to I wanted glasses, but it not printed on my exam. I was not asked if I wanted buy glasses after my exam. Now, if I want to buy glasses online, I don't have all the information needed although I just had a professional eye exam. This doesn't make sense to me!!
