This location used to be a corporate branch, and I’ve been a customer for over seven years, always having a great experience with the previous management. However, I was unaware that the office transitioned from a corporate to a branch location. Zero stars if i could. Im another customer reporting a brutal experience with maria. 5 weeks today and still no glasses, still an incomplete job. Some specifics: I was getting new lenses for existing frames, so left frames with her. After 3 weeks she calls and says insurance needs last 4 of my SSN. Seriously? Then she calls days later asking me to drop off my frames the next morning. YOU ALREADY HAVE THEM AND HAVE HAD THEM FOR 3 WEEKS. Went today (5 weeks from purchase) to demand my frames back. I was searching for a place where I could feel comfortable asking question without feeling rushed or like I’m being a bother, to make sure I got the right glasses to suit my needs. Maria at the Abernathy Square location, did exactly that. She truly listened to me, and the final products prove that. I’m so impresses that I’ll be retuning to order another pair because she absolutely nailed it.
This locations service is horrible. It has now been over a month and I nor my daughter have received our glasses. We went in Dec 17th and it’s now Jan 21st the heck! Their excuse for the delay was the holidays and snow day and now their excuse is their now going franchise instead of corporate. It doesn’t take that long for glasses to come in. RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL! 0/10, I don’t recommend. I moved to GA a few years ago and came to this location here in Sandy Springs every year for an eye exam. I never had a bad experience! The previous manager was very professional and personable. My experience today with the new manager, Maria Burrow, was awful!! I will never come back to this location nor refer anyone else!
