Pearl cancelled/rescheduled my first appointment. Nothing wrong with that. Received a text the day before my rescheduled appointment reminding me to fill out paperwork online and doctor would see me the next day. Drove an hour only to be told no doctor and the appointment was cancelled. Very poor service.
Do not go to this location. The staff has been nothing but difficult to work with.

Canceled my appointment. I came in and the receptionist told me after 10mins they cancel the appointment. It was a hail storm and I was stuck In Traffic. That was on me I understand that. However I asked to be put in later that day and she flat out said no she would have to ask the doctor she never even asked just walked into the back and came out and said no. U was very pleased with my visit/I got an appointment within 2 days of calling/the whole staff was pleasant and very knowledgeable.I would definitely recommend.
Great doctor, the store it self however is very slow, hard to get service. Seems over priced in today's markets, for the service you receive. I hope they adapt to new ways to conduct business as it's a shame to see brick and mortar close due to their online competitors.
I ordered glasses on January 3, they are being shipped to me tomorrow, 5 WEEKS LATER. I had to call 6 times to check on my order. This is total joke for the $500 I paid. Avoid this place
