I came in to show my daughter the new Ray-Ban META glasses and make an appointment for my family to get new glasses. I looked forward to purchasing some smart glasses and vision frames for the family. I was insulted by Rebecca (Becky) when I inquired about their Meta display not working. My partner and I repair Ray-Ban demo boxes and this store was next on our list. He attempted to show Becky his credentials to repair the box and she refused.
