I am a long time customer at the Kenwood Town Center location. The manager deserves a lot of credit for operating such a well managed store. Just purchased new glasses. Michael provided very professional assistance from helping selecting new frames , researching insurance , ordering and filling upon arrival. Real professional staff

I scheduled an appointment online at this location. When I showed up, I was told the appointment was cancelled. Nobody told me, nobody contacted me. I used to go to Pearle Vision in a different city and always liked it. I've never had so poor customer experience at any medical establishment.
