I will NEVER go here again! they say they will see you if you are having issues with vision loss but it is a LIE!!!! I was told they were canceling my appointment, and despite explaining that I am dealing with vision loss, which is supposed to be covered under what they will see you for, I was told it wouldn't be until the end of MAY. So you know, just go about not being able to function for nearly 2 months because we can't be bothered despite what our website says.

Last year I went to this Pearle Vision for the first time. I took my prescription to this...well anyway...you see where i am. I wanted cool glasses. My extra over the top eye doctor didn't have cool frames and they cost so much. I tried to get cool and got these purple glasses I love....Lenses all scratched and the arm fell off in just over a year. They said "sorry, we can sell you another pair". My glasses from my over the top doctor are 3.5 years old...still perfect...oh and the ones he sold me 5.5 years ago...like new. So... read more
I absolutely love the Pearle Vision on Staples Mill. Chuck is amazing and I will miss him Oh so much when he retires. My entire family has been going here for years. Always a pleasant experience.
