First time visit was fast, friendly and efficient. A wide selection of frames and a quick turnaround on new glasses make it an easy experience.
Front desk and the attendant did a great job, the doctor was good too, however, after paying I ask them to measure my PD they outright said no. Something as simple as measuring my DP on spot. I found that odd and unsettling
The doc & front desk person were absolutely awesome; actually, everyone was "above & beyond" expectations! I apologize that I don't recall her name, but she was going to work w her boss (& and insurance contact) to apply my insurance benefit to my glasses; just haven't heard anything yet!
