Dr. Humes and Joyce provided excellent customer services. Dr. Humes provided a thorough eye exam and provided an accurate diagnosis that had been missed by my former optometrist. Joyce was very patient and helped me pick out the perfect frames!
I made my appointment for my daughters and I. It was my first time having to get glasses and the doctor was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know. My oldest daughter got nervous and the doctor was able to calm her down to have her get the eye exam done. We will definitely continue to go here!
Poor customer service. After spending over 700 on glasses (500 on lenses alone) I am left with seeing double or tucking chin to chest to see. Can't use 30 day guarantee because after a couple visits out of frustration I finally took them.home today. 32days after my exam and they are worthless.
