Service was super quick and great. Everyone is very helpful and nice in person and on the phone. Dr. Prakash is an amazing Doctor. She's very passionate about what she does and is very knowledgeable. She's very informative and explains everything. I've been there twice and even though the appointments are quick, she still managed to make me feel well taken care of and informed about my eye health, prescription, and general eye knowledge that I really appreciate. Best optometrist I've been to so far.
Poor service. It took me 6 times just to order contact lenses. From putting me on hold to not answering calls. Called to do a follow up because my eyes were reacting to the contacts I recently received. They say at first it was no charge.. even when I asked if they were sure. In the end of the appointment, I ended having to pay$125 out of pocket . This will be my last time coming to them. Been a customer since 2011.
