I picked my glasses, and was told they were the same frame I already had. The ended up being a tad bit smaller, so I asked them if they could re-order the correct size. I told them I wanted the same exact frame. The color was on back order, so they suggested I order a solid black, but assured me they were the same. They are not, the material they are made of cannot be adjusted to fit my face and they are far too tight. I paid $300 for glasses I cannot wear and they refuse to help any farther. I paid full price (over $800) for my glasses and frames due to insurance problems. After the problem was straightened out, I will get $1.99 refund -- after insurance!!! They jacked up the prices they charged me, showing my glasses/frames totaled over $1300. Gross misrepresentation. I will NEVER go back!!
RecommendedI had to find a new eye doctor because the office I went to shut down. I chose to try Pearle Vision based on the awesome reviews they have. I was not disappointed in my decision, the girl was so nice and helpful. Dr. Perry was great as well, my son and I will definitely come back!
I called looking for someone who takes my insurance. They do, and they had me come right in! Super friendly and bubbly staff. The Dr. was extremely calm mannered and answered all my questions. Had an amazing experience.
Clean and organized office space. Kind and thoughtful employees. They treated my 5 year old amazing and did a thorough exam for him. I'll be returning with him and my other children.
Dr. Perry and staff were awesome to me today ! I walked in and was seen immediately . The place was clean and organized . This was the first time I've been here and I'll be back .
Dr. Perry and his staff were wonderful! They were all very professional and knowledgable. The office itself is comfortable, with a convenient location and lots of frames to choose from.
