Worst customer service ever they recently destroyed a pair of frames I dropped off for warranty work. Worthless location. I've left them there but will be contacting the attorney General here in Texas filing deceptive trade. Avoid them at all cost. Then entire company is designed to avoid any type of assistance in getting anything resolved.
the customer service here at this location from the optometrist is awful he treats his employees just really speaks down to them and his employees to customer service from there were just awful I walked in there because I had an appointment one of the optician's the work out on the floor face to me what do you want instead of how may I help youit was obvious the experience was about to get awful from what I had justexperience from just going into my appointment then I get there do my paperwork the doctor was late at least 20... read more
