I rarely complain but.... – Pearle vision is by far the worst eye glasses place that I have ever been to (at least the one I went to in Bloomington in Eastland Mall). The owner and the lady who got my glasses was rude, charged me for things I didn't ask for, and the glasses broke...twice in the same spot!!! DO NOT GO TO PEARLE VISION IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU!!!!!
