My review of Pearle Vision in Canandaigua,NY is 5 stars,the staff is friendly ,knowledgeable, highly qualified and very helpful with making a Decision on new frames .The selection of frames is great ,l am very pleased with my new glasses.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I CALLED AHEAD TO CONFIRM MY COST WITH INSURANCE TO GET AN EXAM FOR CONTACTS. I WAS TOLD A PRICE. I GET THERE AND HAVE MY EXAM AND AM TOLD IT WILL BE MORE THAN DOUBLE THE AMOUNT I WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE. THIS IS BECAUSE THEY APPARENTLY GAVE ME 2 EXAMS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. A CONTACT EXAM IS A SEPARATE CHARGE BUT THEY DIDNT TELL ME THIS ON THE PHONE WHEN I SAID I WAS COMING IN FOR CONTACTS. THEY MADE ME TAKE THE CONTACTS OUT OF MY EYES AND THROW THEM IN THE GARBAGE AND WILL NOT GIVE ME MY PRESCRIPTION. DO NOT... read more
