My initial visit was really pleasant and I left feeling good about my decision to give Pearle vision my money. However, I went to pick up my contacts today and I received really poor customer service. I was greeted by the receptionist rudely asking "uh why are you here?" It saddens me to see that people seem to have forgotten how to speak to one another just because businesses have been closed for awhile. Disappointed to see that this is the new norm.
Nice place, friendly people, I gave it a 3 because I my appointment was at 12:30 and did not get in until 12:45
So happy with the contacts that the doctor recommended. I have had contacts for over 12 years and always thought the fact they would suction to my eyes and really make my eyes feel dry by the end of the day was normal. They recommended a different brand and it is amazing the difference it makes! I know where I will be going from now on!! Thank you!!
