I had the best experience ever in customer service. Everyone here, from the doctor to the opticians is first class. They all made sure I was happy. I love my new glasses. I strongly recommend this wonderful eye care store.
I went to Pearl ********************** and bought Transitional Lens prescription glasses which they promoted that I didn't need sunglasses because the lens would darken in the sunlight. They promoted a sapphire lens which they demonstrated. A week later, when I picked up the glasses, I noticed the lens wasn't transitioning to the "sunglass" shade they promoted. I would not recommend this particular provision to anybody. She has bad business practice. She does not listen to your needs she likes to tell you what she wants you to have adds extra stuff on there that you dont need and charges you for them avoid this business at all cost
