I ordered glasses so long ago and I keep calling and emailing but they NEVER respond. I am about to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. They have the worst customer service and it takes FOREVER to get a pair of glasses. SO INCONVENIENT!
Hours are incorrect and not reported correctly online, website, or google.. but if you decide to show up the door has hours changed. Manager doesn't seem to care, waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was waiting.. my glasses were sent away to have lenses and they broke the pair of lenses and they don't make them anymore. Poor customer service!!
