Purchased an approximately \$400.00 pair a half rimmed glasses (Converse) that within the 1st week had chips in both lenses...brought them back and after dealing with a very condescending and reluctant Dr. and receptionist they replaced them....after about two more weeks they chipped again....and they want to charge me to fix them! Completely SUCK. Dont go there...Costco is less then half their price and you actually get service.

I was on my way to Wal Mart next door when I saw the sign in the window advertising "One Hour Service" What a joke!! The optometrist there is wonderful, as is her staff. They worked me in w/out an appointment and I was out of there in a half hour or so, but in the adjoining frame/lens shop... not so much. The receptionist was too busy chit chatting with a previous customer that I left and went next door to inquire about ordering them there, but it would take a week, so I went back to Pearle.
