The doctor I saw was amazing. The gentleman who guided me through the testing was pleasant. However, the receptionist who I first spoke with and asked for paperwork was cold, distant and could care less about her job! I work in recruiting, so I have a good sense of people. I compared charges for the exam With my husband who went the week before and I was charged more - she didn’t even want my health insurance card at all. Again, the DO was amazing, pleasant and very thorough. It’s the little things that make a difference.
