Traveled from Roanoke for work. Needed contacts in a pinch as I forgot my supply three hours away. Dorothy represented Pearl Vision well today and was my hero without a cape. I hope the big man upstairs answers her prayers as quickly and smoothly as Dorothy has done for me this morning. Please her a raise or two weeks of paid time off.
first class outfit, very helpful staff, quick turnaround time, and probably the best lenses I've experienced outside of my Ray-Ban prescription sunglasses from Germany !!!
Online this location says they are open 9 - 2 on Saturdays. Drove there and were closed. If this location was open on Saturdays then then they would get so much more business. Don't they understand that people have full time jobs and can't make it there between 9 - 6 during the week? Will be taking my business elsewhere that is more accommodating.

I BOUGHT A PAIR OF GLASSES AND THE FRAMES WERE OUTRAGEOUS. THE PRICES WERE EXTREMELY HIGH EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE GIVING HALF OFF.
