I stopped into Pearle Vision, South Plainfield to order a part for my glasses. The part that I needed could not be ordered. However, the store manager, Seth Sherry, created a workaround to repair the damaged part of the glasses. The repair took about 15 minutes. When I offered my debit card to pay for the repairs, there was no charge. Pleasant surprise! I was very grateful for the way they took care of me.
