Since moving to CT been going to the store in Hamden. For the past 3 years have gone to Eddie Elias and he is outstanding. He actually listens to you as a customer and very thankful for the business. He is up on all the trends every time I visit. I have gotten progressive glasses the past 3 years and get loads of compliments. You need to go visit EDDIE ELIAS. A true expert!!!! 5 stars! The staff at Eastview Mall is wonderful I've been going for over 15 years for my eye exams and look forward to working with them all, from exam to fittings!! They are professional, personable, helpful and honest. I highly recommend this store. Kudos to all!!
Bought a brand new pair of expensive glasses. The frames broke within 6 months. Came into the store only to find out that it won't be covered under manufacturer's warranty. A brand new pair of replacement frames were $150 which seemed steep, as I had used up my work insurance benefits for the year.
