Since moving to CT been going to the store in Hamden. For the past 3 years have gone to Eddie Elias and he is outstanding. He actually listens to you as a customer and very thankful for the business. He is up on all the trends every time I visit. I have gotten progressive glasses the past 3 years and get loads of compliments. You need to go visit EDDIE ELIAS. A true expert!!!! 5 stars! The staff at Eastview Mall is wonderful I've been going for over 15 years for my eye exams and look forward to working with them all, from exam to fittings!! They are professional, personable, helpful and honest. I highly recommend this store. Kudos to all!!
I love this place. The absolute best customer service. The staff are so kind, and give honest feedback and help regarding choosing new glasses. Even if I found a frame at another store, I would have to come back here instead. Fair, welcoming, helpful and ethical. They really want their customers to be happy. Bravo team!
Bought a brand new pair of expensive glasses. The frames broke within 6 months. Came into the store only to find out that it won't be covered under manufacturer's warranty. A brand new pair of replacement frames were $150 which seemed steep, as I had used up my work insurance benefits for the year. The staff at Pearl Vision in Eastview are the best.They are so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. They have a vast selection of glasses and they make it fun in picking out glasses and they are very honest in their opinions in which I respect. They are willing and helpful in maintaining and caring for your glasses. I have been getting my glasses there for the last several 10-15 years at least.👍👍
Not sure if i like the place or not, but I do like that I can walk in and get my glasses tightened, new nose pieces, cleaned and repaired any time without an appointment since I purchased them there. They treat me well when I do ask for assistance this way.
I had the pleasure of working with Laura and she not only helped find and fit new glasses for me and my mother, but she found one fitting her exact requests (which hasn't happened for some years now) And hasn't been more satisfied, down the the small details like getting bigger nose pieces to make them more comfortable for her everyday use. The staff there are kind and want to know about you and your lifestyle to find the perfect match in glasses. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
