Henry took excellent care of me. When he realized I had been there for quite some time with no one assisting me, he quickly got me to his desk and was very helpful in picking out frames for my glasses. Although it was a light prescription, he educated me on the difference in coatings and determined what was best for my needs.
Do not go to this location. The staff is extremely difficult to work with as well as unknowledgeable. I have had nothing but difficulties in trying to get my prescription.
The have a great selection of style and designer brands. They make everything right there. The staff is well trained and honest. If the frame aren’t best for you they steer you to a better pair. I moved and make a point of going there whenever I am in New York. I have been going there for years.

Pearle Vision – Cartersville, GA – Highly Recommend! Ricky and staff took care of my kind of strange optical prescription issue with ease. Super nice doctor too! I sincerely appreciate working with such a professional group. They weren’t satisfied until I was and they made all the right recommendations. They understood and explained every factor in a manner that was easy for me to understand. So happy!
The doctor is great, but don’t trust them when the tell you are eligible for an exam. They are not flexible with scheduling when they make a mistake. They do not try to retain customers when a mistake that impacts the customer was made.
I found the staff to be very pleasant and professional. They were willing to be patient with me. They were genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with my options by itemizing several plans for me to compare with each other. My negative experience with customer service at the branch in Rittenhouse Square made me come here and I’m glad I did! Highly recommend this branch.
I have been going there for such a while but my experience with the lady today at the front desk put a bad taste in my mouth. She wouldn’t listen to me about my overcharged issue even though she admitted it was not made clear to me before the procedure. She became very upset and belligerent and embarrassed me in front of other customers. It’s a shame, I won’t go there again!
My family has been seeing Dr Oifer for many years. Our kids are grown and we have brought our granddaughter here as well. Not only are Dr Oifer and Dr Hays incredibly talented; both are also fine gentlemen. His office staff is also incredible. Thank you all!
