The Optometrist was great. I ordered two pairs glasses after my eye exam on Jan. 2, 2026. It is now Jan 29th and I do not have my glasses. I’ve been coming to this Pearle over five years and have never had to wait this long to receive glasses. Each year I get two new pairs of glasses and have always received them within 10 business days. I dealt with Callie to purchase new glasses. She helped me choose a nice frame that we both felt complimented me and worked with my prescription. She was very friendly and easy to work with. I appreciated her help immensely and will be going back next year when I’m due for an exam.
Terrible service and experience with this location. I have never had an issue at any pearle’s in the past. They charged me $1300 for a pair of glasses and sunglasses. When they did my pupillary distance they measured it wrong. The sunglasses were completely see thru. I thought they were going to make it right after we had sent them back in. They didn’t give me the right lens material, which i paid an additional $250 for.
