The Optometrist was great! He didn't rush me at all and he took time to answer all my questions. Melissa, my consultant, was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about frames that were perfect for my face shape. I didn't have to wait for help in the least! Thank you crew! I'll be back to the Edina store next time!
WARNING - this clinic is not following the CDC's COVID guidelines or adhering to the Edina mask ordinance. It's unbelievable to me that a clinic offering a medical-related service cares so little about following basic guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID. I called in advance of my appointment to inquire about their policies, and was assured that masks were worn by all employees and customers. Optometrist spent almost my entire visit trying to give me medical advice about my diabetes. I was there for my eyes, not for my diabetes. He also made comments on my body which was not appropriate at all. The actual vision test lasted probably less than 3 minutes. I’ll never return and will never recommend to anyone.
I had been a long time customer but the experience I received today was truly terrible. Waiting for extended periods of time. Optometrists questioning my medical doctor. My optometrist refusing to share medical information with my doctor. After an hour of waiting I had to leave in the middle of a routine check up.

I've always had excellent customer service at this store. I love my glasses. I get tons of compliments as well. They have a huge selection of eye glass frames to choose from.
