I went to pearle vision, to get a pair of lenses put in a frame I had. The frames got delayed several times....but the manager Brian did everything to make it right. Still give them five stars for the managers efforts.
Dr. Claborn and his supporting staff are so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Settings the appointment was so easy. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately and brought back to the exam room with no wait. Every person I came into contact with was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend Pearle Vision. Looking forward to my next exam in a year.
I’ve been coming here for a few years and never have I ever had as many issues with staff and getting my contact prescription than I am having this time. I went in the beginning of March for my contact exam, the contacts were drying to my eyes so after about 10 days I requested to trial a different pair. First every time I’ve had to follow up with the office about this issue, I am met with a staff member that clearly hates their job and has a horrible attitude. They are very nice and they are good people they want to make sure you are right and I want to make sure you can see real good and also have better glasses
I had a phenomenal experience with this location. Dr. Claborn and his entire staff were professional and friendly, provided excellent care, and considered my needs. They even showed amazing follow through in communicating with my insurance, and the result is that I am super happy with my updated contacts. One hundred percent recommend this local Optometrist!
