just visited Pearl on Broadway Saugus. The young lady waiting on me was chewing gum constantly throughout our short conversation , using only one hand to type and never looked at me once. She looked as if she would rather be at the dentist having a tooth pulled than helping customers. Being a trainer in customer service she would have failed my class for sure - this is not the first time that I've found the customer service to be less than adequate.
