Went to pick up contacts and the store opened 10 minutes late. What type of business opens late?
Frustrated that I asked if I could come pick my contacts up on Saturday and was told yes and now the store is closed. I understand the weather is bad, but if it was known I was coming in Saturday a call or a posting online would have been very helpful. Now I am without contacts for a whole week while away on vacation because the store is closed.....
