RecommendedI stopped in on Friday night because I had hit my glasses and they were crooked. The kind young lady helped me and gave me contacts until the lab technician could fix them in the morning. I stopped back in, and they made sure my glasses were sitting even. Thank you for your kindness and help!!!!
Had a 11am appointment, Dr was ready at 12:10. Was in process of answering all the Dr questions, she personally insulted me calling me a name. I literally got up out of he chair and said you cant talk to people this eay and how dare she call me names. She never apologized, and after walking out she never called to apologize either. We will never return to this location. If this was at any other type of business she would be fired on the spot insulting a customer calling them a name.
Everytime I need to get my eyes examined and or need glasses I do not hesitate going to this Pearle Vision. It's like walking in and seeing family. The Doctors, the staff and the customer service by far excide your expectations.
This place and it's staff are amazing!! I walked in with no appointment and they took me promptly. Very happy with them all.
