RecommendedI love this location. After having a hard time at the Totowa location I thought I'd give this location a shot and I'm so glad I did! My frames broke but my lenses that i got a year ago were still ok. I didn't want to spend a lot of money getting both new frames and lenses. The employees there were so patient and spent a good 15 minutes looking at what frames they had that would fit the lenses I had. I've been purchasing my eye glasses from this location for many years. I highly recommend them. They are extremely family oriented. The woman manager yesterday was extremely professional to the highest standards that you would ever would want. My daughter desperately needed glasses because hers broke and the manager knew this by looking at her prescription. She made a rush to have it done! I was extremely touched. Their manager is not very customer focused. My daughter's lenses cracked for third time. On second time when they fixed it, they did write on the order that it was due to defective lens. This is third time in less than 9 months and they sold a lemon to us, but their manager/supervisor was not nice. He even refused to let me talk to General Manager!
